The agenda for our March 30th AGM is available (here) along with our proposed bylaws (here). We will be voting on whether to approve these bylaws as circulated at our AGM.  The bylaws also contain descriptions of the duties for our four executive positions (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer).  If you have any questions about these duties please feel free to contact us!  Nominations for these positions can be sent to our email or can happen during the AGM.  Please attend the AGM and consider letting your name stand for nomination.
